Sapporo Teppanyaki Trip
Students recently enjoyed a fantastic trip to Sapporo Teppanyaki, where learning extended beyond the classroom into a lively and engaging setting. The visit provided a great opportunity to experience Japanese cuisine and dining culture first-hand, with chefs preparing meals directly in front of the group using impressive skill and precision.
A highlight of the visit was the interactive cooking experience. Students were thoroughly entertained as the chefs incorporated fun challenges into the meal preparation — including the memorable task of catching potato slices in their mouths! Alongside the entertainment, students were able to observe key cooking techniques, food presentation, and the importance of fresh ingredients, supporting their learning.
Staff were extremely proud of the students, who represented the school brilliantly throughout the trip. Their behaviour was excellent, and they approached the experience with enthusiasm and respect. Overall, the visit was a great success, combining learning, culture, and enjoyment in a way that students will remember. 🍱🍜🥢
